I recently called here to take a much closer look @ a 2017 Triumph Bonneville, and as I was not local I must have spent well over an hour here looking @ various different bikes & accessories. I cannot believe I have not heard of this place sooner, as I was mightily impressed by the vast selection of bikes & the staff's expert knowledge & overall friendly manor/nature. I purchased my Aprilia Tuono from A&D 17th July 2023. Purchasing my Awesome Motorbike was the Best experience I have ever Had.
The Family operated Firm have been in Denbigh for over 40 years & this Definitely shows with the Level of Customer Service they provide.
I purchased the Bike without Riding it however this didn't phase me as I was provided at time of purchase with a comprehensive list of jobs A&D were performing before I take ownership.
During the couple of weeks before Collection Day, A&D reported that on post work Test Ride the Technician Reported extremely slight float on the Front Brakes so they were changing these before I could take receipt.
Now! That's what You Call Service!

My 10 month old Moto Guzzi V7 developed an electrical fault and I had it recovered to A&D to investigate. Even though they were not the supplying dealer they carried out extensive diagnostics, identified the fault and quickly managed the warranty claim and repair liaising with MG in Italy. Once the part arrived it was quickly fitted and thoroughly tested. Excellent customer service as always and they are guaranteed my custom for the purchase of my next bike. Took my V85TT here for its first service and although not the closest dealership to me the previous reviews influenced my decision. I wasn't disappointed. Very professional and accomodating and a great excuse for a ride through the Welsh countryside. Bike needed to be cold so great excuse for a one night stopover in historical Denbigh. Great campsite nearby and lots of places to eat. Defo return here.
